ReplyDeleteThat first body triangle squeeze with the legs and arms is how I broke my rib my first year of BJJ. A huge Arnold guy did that to me, not having ever tried the submission before. It was all pressure, no pain, then all of a sudden, POP! Game over.

ReplyDeleteWhile at a tournament, I saw a purple belt fight a triangle that was on so hard that he puked onto the belly of the winner.
