Jiu Jitsu Burst My Eyeballs!!!!!!

Not me, but this guy...(he gave me permission to post this)

.
What happened? He got choked out, went to sleep, the blood vessels on his eyeballs burst, that's what happened. In his own words: "I didn't need treatment because the blood capillaries didn't burst in the inside of my orbital. Though, was probably only seconds away from that happening."

Frak me...people, tap, TAP before you fancy getting a little unprompted out of season Halloween makeup on yer face!

  3. Nice picture, this is what happens (and the science behind it) when BJ Penn chokes you.

  4. I have been choked to unconsciousness a few times (not because I was being stubborn, but the first thing to go is your judgment!) but I am SO HAPPY this never happened...

In criminal investigations, petichiae (broken blood vessels in the sclera) are a sure sign of strangulation, but I have NEVER seen them this bad. That's serious! :)

  10. Ok, that is MESSED UP. Definitely the worst I've ever seen. Must have been a SUPER tight choke and held for a
    while.

My experience getting choked out the guy let go almost immediately and I just woke up with a snerk after having a pleasant dream. I jut went out so fast I didn't have time to tap. Tightest arm triangle I've ever felt...

  11. I should point out again this is NOT ME.
It's a guy who I know on FB and he was happy to share this photo. He got choked out in competition - not in normal class. So that might explain why his symptoms were so severe.

  13. Holy hell!!!
I can sometimes feel pressure in my head when I'm fighting a choke like my life depended on it. Feels like my head is going to pop off. I've thought something like this might happen. Guess I was right :)

  14. i saw this on a forum. stupid on his part.

i have had a few collar chokes come in quicker than the person could tap. i release the instant i feel their body relax/change.

petechia are not broken blood vessels in the eye, subconjunctival hemorrhage is. petechia occur all over the body, usually in older folks
